   I have yet to hear about this, and it would be news worthy. The reality is many states and cities have already adopted this law as well as ALL military installations. I have been nearly wrecked at least 4 or 5 era just this month by people jabbering away on their phones even as pouring, usually the largest problem though is "That Guy" who is in the left lane, on his phone going 35 in a 55 zone and no one ahead of him for miles.

   I reflect it’s fantastic. For some reason, people are oblivious when they are on their cell phones and pouring.
