@JermzzzyFTW judging from the speed she was going at and the distance at the time they showed the kid i’m pretty sure she would have had time to stop. I do also but reflect the kid should have not be running into the street as well so if she wasn’t texting it would have not been entirely her flaw, but the parents of the child as well.
