Texting While Driving Cause Car Accidents

Jim Adler www.JimAdler.com (800) 505-1414 helps. Studies ѕhοw that pouring while talking on a cell phone is just as tеrrіbƖе as drunk pouring. Multitasking slows down reaction time just as much as drinking ԁοеѕ. Teen drivers are especially worse because their accident rate is already high. Cell phone companies are lobbying to keep cell phone from being banned while pouring because they want to continue to charge for the summary of airtime used. There is also one where they show you the text but he didn’t die, instead they show him sittin in his wheelchair. Yep, after several commercials of that telling you they die then they show that one, really hits you a small different than the standard that texting can kill you

  2. joven988 says:

here in alberta they voted for a law not to text or use any handheld phone even as pouring well what did i see the other day two cops in their truck passing me driver talking on his cell and the other texting now and again i wonder who listens to these laws

@DreddDwarf oh yeah? I live in Canada and my fiance is in the UK. So I guess that means that yes, you are putting one of my loved ones in jeopardy. Reflect of someone else besides yourself, you wanker!

  4. mightymomomocha says:

@90TegRS yeah and if they survived and can to some extent talk they say the tale in their new messed-up voice

  5. DreddDwarf says:

    @DJDrugless
See how stupid and reactionary you are.
People like you make exposure companies millions and also elect dodgy politicians.

My initially comment was an obvious joke but when added to my second comment you immediately jumped to the irrational conclusion that I drink and drive.

The fact that I don’t drink and drive didn’t enter your mind, that’s why you are a sheep. That’s why political spin doctors and the tabloid editors will always tell you how to reflect.

  6. DJDrugless says:

@DreddDwarf I didn’t answer to your initially comment. My answer was to your second comment and with regards to the video “Texting Even as Pouring Cause Car Accidents “. Yep, I’m the one that’s being “stupid and reactionary”.

ATT & all other cell phone co. had info on this years ago but their lobbyists paid off our wonderful politicians to keep their mouths shut back in the 90s when cell phones arrived. I want them outlawed completely. I was nearly hit 3 era now & nearly killed once by idiots on their phone. 1 out of 7 in my city is talking on their phone. If they would just hit a phone pole & die that would be fine but they’re a danger to me & my kids. Outlaw them now.

  9. rleary1 says:

I always plotting texting was for stupid people, but I was riding in a car with my roommate one time and my roommate completed med-school, made the Dean’s List each year he was in college. Probably one of the smartest people in the world…or at least I plotting so. I looked up as he was pouring and saw him texting, eyes on the cellphone, one hand on the wheel…on the throughway highway doing like 65 mph. I was BLOWN AWAY. Naturally I yelled at him and he was so embarrassed. It was a huge shock.

@hypo12345678910 i dont mean to be rude but your dad is putting people at risk , i nearly got hit by someone who was talking on the phone, when i pulled up to the self he said it was an emergency call, really? that call could have place me in a hospital. i really pisses me off when people are talking or texting on the phone. TELL YOUR DAD TO STOP. “not very long though” come on!

  14. leSerendipicite says:

I find it fascinating that of persons millions on people on the cell phone.. how many of persons are the control… public protection officers…. HOW many I have seen that I’d like to pull over and write THEM the ticket… the companies that make this all happen.. be it At&t, Virgin, NetZero, Verizon… everyone of them makes money on cell phone USAGE, not the phones themselves. In the administer of all these laws about cell usage even as pouring, Bluetooth arrives.. and each SINGLE one can do it.

  17. smartboy158 says:

@SirTrews34 I dont get how they make money on usage, and YHAY! excellent business im on sprint! lol

Here is a a free app on adroid market – smoothdrive. Having teen pouring with it makes me sleep better at nighttime. Search for smoothdrive, it is free.

  21. DeloreandudeTommy says:

I once saw some idiot putting on makeup at a stop light, which makes some sense, it’s better than doing it going down the road, but not with TWO FIRE TRUCKS AND AN AMBULANCE WITH THEIR LIGHTS AND SIREN ON RIGHT BEHIND THIS CAR! They in fact had to wait for the light to change so all the cars would go so they could go, it delayed them a excellent 30 seconds of their valuable time! To add insult to injury, as she started in fact DRIVING, SHE WAS STILL PUTTING THAT CRAP ON HER FACE!

  22. thesillysock says:

@Davis54pa Says you. Whether or not you take your eyes off of the road, it is still distracting to be talking to someone even as pouring. Distractions of any kind can easily lead to fatal accidents on the road. Long tale small, TURN THE DAMN THING OFF!

  23. thesillysock says:

I reflect they should make some sort of cellphone inhibitor that doesn’t allow people make calls/text even as in their vehicles, wouldn’t this solve the problem?

  24. hisblood27 says:

talking on a phone even as pouring is no different then listening to a radio even as pouring , bunch of assclowns and your half ass “studies”. Disable all texting and we’re in business.

  25. MDTeddy says:

Girls who text during class need to be punched in the face. Girls who do this even as pouring which I see all the time should get punched in the face. Also, ever hear of blue tooth?
